Honest and dishonest at the same time. The service guy let me know what the problem was but lied and said the part was bad when it was a brand new part. He tried to sell me a new part for 5 times more than what I paid at the store. Not to mention his service fee went up once he walked into my back yard. He asked some personal questions about my home and how long I've been here. I paid him and switched the wires to the GCFI outlet. Turns out my Tankless water heater had a broken wire that tripped the outlet to shut off. I would not use this company again.
