This is a great company to work with if you experience issues with your water heater! They are super responsive and very customer focused. The technician who came to our house, Scott, was really professional and super cool. He took time to fully explain the work/repairs he had to make and was very thorough in his work. I am so impressed and grateful for Scott from Jr.'s Plumbing and Drain! I has a flood in my upstairs bathroom and Scott was able to come out quicker than anyone else was and he did such a great job. He was so thorough and diligent. I felt so comforted to know that the problem was resolved properly. I really can't thank him enough for the work that he did. The cost was reasonable in my opinion. more importantly, he was very transparent with the work that he did and made sure I was comfortable with the work that he had done before leaving. I'm so glad I found a plumber I can trust!
