Called Bert on late afternoon for a slow drain and backed up toilet. Bert scheduled for an appointment next morning at 10 AM. Got a text at 9:20 AM that Ivan is on the way. Both Ivan and Jacob showed up before 10. Jacob quoted price to clear the blockage and toilet removal. He also replaced the fill valve, flapper, wax ring and new connector. I also asked him to look at the slow drainage on upstairs bathroom faucet. The price is reasonable, and very cleanness. Both Jacob are supper professional and friendly.
