Pedro Mauricio serviced my office space and I was very pleased with the work that was done. On time, professional, listened to my needs, explained the service prior to starting, and pointed out potential issues that may arise with an older building after the toilet was installed. The newly installed toilet seems to be working appropriately, and thankfully we have a 90 day warranty in the event it doesn't seem to functioning correctly. We had a leak in our main waterline and needed a new line put in. It was in front of the house under ground. Daniel was my first contact, he came out to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also had a few conversations with Moran. Both Daniel and Moran were very patient and easy to talk to. HomeX Plumbing employees are efficient and professional. There were 2 guys that came out to perform the work. Daniel came by before and after the job was done. The work was done neatly and efficiently. The area was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. They even finished early! That meant that my water was turned back on early . ???? I don’t have any negative things to say about this company, their employees, or the work that was done. Oh, and I can’t forget the office staff. They were just as amazing as the rest of the employees I had contact with. Thanks HomeX!!

Employees of HomeX were very professional and clear about conditions, what was needed and timing. Repairs were immediate and performed in an excellent manner. There was added work needed that caused cost to more than double but communication was clear regarding problem resolution options. All work performed by employees was done cleanly as possible, timely and efficient. All work was done in one day and completed with a ten year warranty. I really couldn't have asked for more and having experience with other companies I have to give HomeX a full five stars! Service: Sewer repair
