I found HomeX via Angi and immediately they blew me away with their customer service. Within seconds of beginning my search, I got a call from their office and they scheduled a free estimate the following morning. My kitchen sink was leaking but it wasn't an emergency, so when Mario came the next day he explained to me the issue and let me know my options. He was so professional and friendly, I felt confident that I didn't need any additional estimates because I knew I wanted to work with Mario - he also did not make me feel pressured to hire them and gave me a sense that they were offering an honest rate. Afterwards I ordered a new faucet of my liking online and waited for it to arrive in the mail, during which HomeX gave me a courtesy call to ensure I could get my issue fixed asap. Once the faucet arrived, I was able to schedule an installation the following morning. These folks are an excellent plumbing company. They came out and gave a reasonable estimate and even checked my home water pressure and added a house water shutoff valve tag for free. They turned out to be the best estimate and came the next morning and made the repair. They updated me every step of the way and communicated multiple times to know how things were going.
