My dad tried to fix my 9 amps battery with them, but they told him they need to see the receipt where i bough them, but i bough it at home depot a year and half ago. I went to home depot ans they said they just can get back for 6 months. Please help i'm great customer of this brand.
Took care of my warranty issue nicely, but it's always busy here.
Terrible experience terrible. Weed wacker does not work to save its life. I called Milwaukee the first person says oh yeah there's going to be a recall and then they get me on the technical support and they say they know nothing about it. This is the second one I've tried at Home Depot. Milwaukee can do better than this what a joke
