Upmost praise, the specialist had inspected and made a responsible evaluation. In my instance, the Milwaukee tool was processed efficiently and returned above expectation as was handled back to me in 110% condition. Took an important tool in for service two months ago and still have not heard from anyone. No communication from the Anaheim repair branch, even after calling to get an update from Customer Experience Line where I was told they will contact Anaheim branch directly and get back to me. Poor customer service. Maybe just too big to care?? As a professional that relies on these tools for our livelihood and to service our customers, Milwaukee needs to step up their game! I'm happy to take a call or email from Corporate to discuss this concern.
My dad tried to fix my 9 amps battery with them, but they told him they need to see the receipt where i bough them, but i bough it at home depot a year and half ago. I went to home depot ans they said they just can get back for 6 months. Please help i'm great customer of this brand.
