Freddy texted me about 11:00 saying he would be available after 12:00. This is after I had been told to expect him 3:30-5:30. He came at 12:30, assessed the problem, explained the solution, and replaced the thermostat. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable and completed the job in about an hour. Freddy the owner installed a whole new AC system in my 50 year old house a couple years ago. He did an exceptional job! He is a true professional. On time. Respectful. Polite. Sharp. When my system's thermostat receiver had an issue, he came to the rescue. Because of his relationship with the manufacturer, he was able to replace it within minutes instead of needing to wait weeks for a replacement unit. I highly recommend everyone go with this company!
