I called Kody with a tight window to call me back before going to the movies. He called back in 4 mins. Facts. I just checked my phone log! He scheduled me for today Wednesday 1/5/21 from 11-1pm. The toilet repair work that was causing a leak downstairs was done in 30 mins. He and his partner did extra repair projects I needed done and installed a faucet in under the original time quote!! Very professional, courteous and safe. Both men wore masks and kept their distance! I was able to pay using Zelle and he has other flexible pay options! I WILL keep Prolific Plumbing in my phone!!
