$350 very pricy for simple Roto Rooter job which took about one hour. The price we paid was to replace the old smelly P-Trap with the new one, instead he used same old one cleaned it with the paper towel. Smell is back.. Not satisfied sorry to say.
Chris was a very upfront with his diagnosis of the toilet situation. Very efficient is a job did a great job of taking care of the problem and spoke or you understood everything he was saying he brought his supervisor and who is going to assess the situation he was really on top of it, and I really appreciate his professionalism and his kindness.
