Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

$350 very pricy for simple Roto Rooter job which took about one hour. The price we paid was to replace the old smelly P-Trap with the new one, instead he used same old one cleaned it with the paper towel. Smell is back.. Not satisfied sorry to say.

Chris was a very upfront with his diagnosis of the toilet situation. Very efficient is a job did a great job of taking care of the problem and spoke or you understood everything he was saying he brought his supervisor and who is going to assess the situation he was really on top of it, and I really appreciate his professionalism and his kindness. The work performed was entirely satisfactory but exactly one week earlier, a different branch / technician under the same flag did exactly the same work in the adjacent property which I also own. ie clear bathtub and bathroom sink drains (hair clogs etc.). Last week’s price was 1/2 what I was charged this week. I got a call from the South LA branch manager who listened to my complaint but was not willing to adjust his price. Instead, he contended that the prior tech must’ve had a slow day so he undercharged me. I thought rRoto Rooter was a dependable, well run organization where I could expect consistent pricing but this left me feeling like I’d been hoodwinked. Buyer beware. Service: Drain cleaning
