Horrible customer service! The girls who answer the phones are very rude. I have been trying to contact them to find out when they will be starting on my roof and they always tell me that they will get back to me and no one ever does. It’s going on several weeks now and I still can’t have these people start on my roof. I called another company and immediately received a way cheaper quote and an availability right away. Lupe and her staff are very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to do business with these rude people. Imagine the kind of work they do? I didn’t want to take that risk. Please stay away from this company.
Had my roof done and everything went smoothly, the representatives were able to answer all my questions and made sure to contact us in advance from when staff were arriving to inspection dates. Very pleased with the work done.
