Splash Plumbing

To be fair, I have used Splash for over the past 5 years and have had excellent professional service. Their office and field guys have been clean, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was not one of those times. A regular service call to troubleshoot why one of my two storm water sump pumps wasn’t working was just an expensive bill to have someone drive over to (without troubleshooting anything) tell me I need to buy a new sump pump. The tech was obviously not familiar with sump pump systems; and he didn’t even touch the controller; didn’t cycle the pumps to check the duplexer, didn’t check the electrical system, relays, or circuit breakers. He had flashlight and his cellphone which he used to take pictures of the top of the pump and then said that ‘these pumps typically last only 5 to 7 years. It needs to be replaced.’ His notes for the service call said that the sump pit is ‘at least 15 feet deep.’ If he had taken out his tape measure he would find that it is 6-7 foot deep! I

Jeff and Miguel came to my condo to change the shower valve. Repair was successful and clean. Answered all my questions. Jeff is technically very competent and I highly recommend him for any complex plumbing job. Also kudos to the customer support Kristi & Marisol for the flexible appointment time that worked with my schedule. Service: Sewer repair

I sent photos by email to Splashlumbing for an estimate they got back to promptly with the pricing, set u appointment. My tech was Deandre Flores who was on time, polite, did his work fast and efficiently. The charge was exactly what was quoted! Any plumbing needs in the future I will be calling them again!
