Cascade technician ( sorry I can't remember his name, my bad ) showed up and was able to repair this really old unit replacing the capacitor to have my wife and I being able to have a very comfortable night. We will use this business again. We are looking for a replacement system and are awaiting to hear from Cascade soon. Service: HVAC system repair

The technicians were very polite and helpful. Our a/c quit working on one of the hottest days of the year and on a Friday! They came after hours in the heat to help us and didn’t charge an exorbitant amount. We determined that our 40 year old a/c needed replacing. After getting many bids from other companies Cascade came in with the best price. The salesman was very patient answering all of our questions. They had a new one installed in half a day.
