They installed my unit over a month ago, and it works great! The real pleasure was to talk to Alex who is smart, patient and kind and has an internal upbeat that calls for respect. He gave me all options, inspected my system and came to install the new heater on the following day. The other member of his team was very courteous and polite, they both worked very hard, and completed the work on the same day. They left my garage clean and looking new. I am so happy that I found these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They offered better deals than any other company I spoke to, and they did the job perfectly for years to come. If your looking for a professional, efficient, knowledgeable HV/AC company look no further. I had 3 estimates for a Furnace and AC replacement and this company was by far the BEST product and unexpectedly, the BEST price (especially because I am on a fixed income). The owner showed up with his crew and they went right to work The attention to detail and their obvious desire to do a good job was quickly apparent. The installers were friendly, clean, knowledgeable and they completed the work in one day. They even took care of some venting issues I didn't know I had, at no extra cost. The owner took special care to see I chose the right Thermostat and he filled out all the paperwork for the SMUD rebate, yeah!!. I've never had any prior dealings with this type of repair and I was nervous I'd be taken advantage of due to my age and inexperience, but I learned that there are still trustworthy honest, people in this business and I would highly recommend them .
