In Demand Plumbing - Antioch

I called “In Demand Plumbing” on Wednesday around 5:20 pm because of an emergency water leak above my water heater. A friendly voice answered the phone and after receiving my picture they gave me a possible reason of the problem. She said they could send someone out that evening or can save money by having plumber come at 8 in the morning next day. I still had water and just turned water off to the water heater. I was grateful for that information and agreed to next day service. Jesus arrived on time in his On Demand logo truck and Shirt with same so I knew who was at my door. He was courteous and explained what the issue was and changed what was needed. I had called this company few months back for a shower head a family member had incorrectly installed. Jesus remembered he had been here before and advised me of their savings program. I told him I was hoping to get a water filtration system sometime soon. He said it would save me 10 percent with this program and also explaine

The plumber showed up and didn't have the correct tools. He left to go get the tools. Then he said he couldn't do the job unless I kicked everyone out of my house. He then wouldn't fix the gate lever for the water claiming he didn't have time. Didn't even suggest that I call the city and have my water turned off. Left my house with a huge water leak that ruined my floors and some of my kitchen cabinets.

Ease of making an appt. Jesus is so easy to work with. He was patient as we discussed the pros and cons of my options. The office was able to rework his schedule and get my job completed on the same day, instead of needing to come back another day. Thank you! Service: Water heater installation
