When my water heater stopped working, Chris came out the same day to evaluate the problem. He figured out what it needed and pointed out that the parts were in warranty and how to contact the manufacturer to get them ordered. Last week I had Nacy's plumbing come by and repair 2 outdoor hose bibbs (faucets) and they did a great job. Not only was it quality work, but it was also great service all around. They provided me with a detailed estimate based on the variation of complexities that could come up once the work started. In the end, the job was simple and they were done in 15 minutes.
