Peace of mind knowing they will respond to any issues in 24 hours and they will call to remind me to schedule the annual maintenance. Very happy with Perfect Star. VERY PLEASED with the service provided by Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning!! I redeemed a $79 summer special sent via mailer and expected that to be the intro to a $800 estimate for repairs… but I was happily mistaken. Our servicer Jasper showed up early (with notice from dispatch) and was very professional, knowledgeable and proceeded with care (using shoe covers and all). All services listed on the flyer were done thoroughly with pictures and detailed explanations of all. He advised me that it was not our unit or system causing our issue and suggested a couple of options to help solve a problem out of Perfect Star’s scope. The honesty, professionalism and quality of work led me to sign up to be a member for yearly service with the company (a great value in comparison to market). I highly recommend Perfect Star for all your HVAC needs. See you guys in a year! :)

Perfect Star was a true lifesaver on the eve of a scorching weekend. The office staff was friendly and helpful in getting me scheduled promptly and the technician, Martin, was punctual and professional. He was able to get my unit up and running and did an exceptional job at explaining everything that was completed. Cannot thank this crew enough for a job well done.
