COOL IMAGE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, INC.

Super nice people, very professional, fixed my a/c unit. It has never worked this good. I would recommend them to anybody having issues with their heating and air conditioning.

My air conditioning was out for almost two weeks, cool image claim to have the parts on a certain day, that day came and went. So I contacted them to find out what was going on, on their voicemail it states that for a faster response to text them. So I did just that. I text the company to see when the parts would be in and when they would be out to do the repairs as promised. I get a call from the owner of the company that I am harassing them and for me not to call or text or she was going to walk away from the job! She was very rude and unprofessional, she didn’t realize I been lied to by her staff about when they would be out to do the repairs, it’s 3 digits weather, I have 3 small children at home, one child with health issues ,fans were not working, we were unable to sleep in our bedrooms because of the heat upstairs. We were very uncomfortable!!! At the end of the day if you want to run a successful business, don’t be rude and inconsiderate to others, learn how to empathize and be
