I contacted Cool Image for my Mom Barbara. They've come out before and I feel very safe with them coming into her home. John & Brent responded to her home very quickly they were very professional and kind. She was never more happy to see a service guys come to her home. Thank you for being so awesome. So far they’ve been back to my House to fix the heating three times , every time they come they are NOT apologetic. It always seems like if THEY are the ones inconvenienced by the matter when it’s my family suffering in 50 degree weather cause of their repeated mistakes . This has not happened once or twice and the fact they don’t even extend a sorry is beyond me . At this point I am let down by this company and I hope they fix it for good this time cause i don’t want them over my house 3 times a week . Do better . If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I definitely would. Carrie, Marshall and Josh have been an extreme help in my cooling issues in my home. They are extremely professional and have great customer service. I will in the future as long as I live up here in the high desert be a returning customer for my HVAC maintenance needs. Great Job Guys!!! ????????
