I called and spoke with Tony at Elite Climate Control about replacing my 40 year old rooftop HVAC system. He made an appointment with me for the following day. He and his technician Nick were on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He asked me about my current heating and cooling efficiency and recommended a slightly larger unit that would better suit my family's needs. He knows his stuff - it was the perfect choice.
