My mom in Merced was having an issue with her thermostat not working, being three hours away I reached out to Kyhn to see if they could help. They sent someone out within 24 hours, verified the thermostat was bad before replacing it. Installed the thermostat and checked to ensure everything was working and connected it to her nest account. Great experience from initial call to completion of work! We hired Kyhn to move our AC unit to a less noisy place in the yard, and to direct more of the AC air flow to a warm front room. Garry, the owner, came out to our house, provided a free quote, was friendly and professional. Ryan called us with the quote info, explained the process in detail, and set everything up for the work to be done. The crew was considerate, professional, and performed all work as promised.
