911 Restoration of Bakersfield

we had a pipe burst in my son's bedroom wall. 911 restoration was very quick to respond and begin drying out the wall and carpet. they exposed the wet section and ran a dehumidifier for a couple days. they did great work and were very careful and thorough. then they assessed the repair and "went back to office" to prepare and estimate for the repair. it's now been 4 days with no progress. we've called every day and just get told "we're working on the quote." also note that the cost for the one of day of opening the wall and dropping off the dehumidifier was $2300. who knows what they are going to charge for the repair. ill update once we hear from them. and after they finish the work. update: I'll let their response speak for itself. i will say the response is the most detailed explanation I've received from them about what to expect during this process. oh and despite a quote of $2300, the bill they sent the insurance was for $4100.

911 Restoration was able to help with a leak I had in my bedroom ceiling. They carefully and kindly moved and covered my things. They were patient enough to answer all my questions and were very professional. All in all it was a positive experience.
