Excellent service, amazing staff, and thats just the feel good part. When in a position where you must clean human excrement from your business doors before opening, ADR are the best. Professionally and Deseretly they wash sanitize and make the face of your business new again. Alex and Martin came by this week and really saved my sanity. Not only did they clean the alley way where vagrants frequent, they have made it part of their route to keep an eye on known problem areas. My home was flooded within two hours by a leaking toilet line. When I called Alert they responded within 15 minutes. Troy who supervised and worked along side with his crew during the mitigation part was very knowledgeable and explained the process. David and his team did a great job with our house fire disaster. They arrived quickly and began remediation immediately, including boarding the home where needed so it didn’t appear vacant. The total timeline for renovations was just under 12 months and they worked with us and our insurance to ensure quality repairs were completed to satisfaction and original standards. We were very satisfied with the final results. They helped tremendously throughout a very stressful time in our lives to help us through the process of rebuilding. Over 50% of the roof and trusses had to be repaired and all interior flooring, drywall, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, etc. pretty much everything along with 100 % new kitchen due to all the Fire and Water damage. We’re grateful to be home again and are pleased with the repairs. It’s been a year and we’re still showing great results thanks to the alert disaster team.
