BSW Roofing, Solar & Air

With my two page questionnaire in hand, I met with four roofing companies and four solar companies before choosing BSW. It was one of the best home improvement decisions and experiences I've ever had. BSW was the only quote utilizing top rated solar panels. When I asked Francisco if the project could be contingent on PG&E approval for NEM 2, he said of course. When I asked if they could put the conduit for the solar under the tile roof, he confirmed with the roofers that they could. When I asked if they could use a new underlay for the roof, after confirming with his supplier that it was a good product, he said they would use it. When I asked that the panels not be on the front of the house, they said sure. When I asked Ron to hold off tiling on a rainy day, he called of tiling that day (although I have no building experience, I'm just a concerned homeowner). Whatever I asked, they did. And when I didn't ask, they had great suggestions. Jose saw that my old skylight had caulking around

From the first phone call to request an estimate on reroofing our church. The Ladies in the office were very helpful. Veto was very thorough and gave me the 3 - 6 different estimates/ options that I needed to take to the board that worked within our budget and made their decision so much easier. Once the decision was made we were able to schedule them to start really quickly. David and his crew were excellent, cleaning up at the end of the day you could not tell they were in the middle of deconstructing the old roof or I. The middle of reroof. David was always available to answer any questions or concerns. If you need a new roof I highly recommend calling Vito and David . 5 stars guys

BSW replaced our roof and installed a new solar system. From beginning to end, the staff, led by Francisco Herrera, was professional and gave a quality performance. Communication was open and regular. We were kept abreast of each day's progress and any unforeseen repairs that had to be made. The roof is beautiful. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and all the debris from the job was removed. They took extra care around the yard to protect our landscaping from any damage. We had a lot of questions about the solar once it got activated. Francisco has done an excellent job of helping us understand.
