The guys were very professional. Called to say they were running a little late. But arrived on time. Got right to work. We needed a part replaced and they ask us first before replacing. Also ask if we wanted the old piece. Will definitely use them next fall for Winter servicing.Thank you Encore Hillcrest.

The tech was very competent in explaining each step that was taken and even showing a video of the damage to the coil. The office personnel was able to contact the manufacturer for us to secure a full warranty for the failed part. This was done within 24 hrs of the service call. The repair work was started and completed the next business day. This kind of customer service is seldom seen anymore. Very, very pleased to have Hillcrest HC to handle the problem for me. They will be my first choice from now on for heating and A/C needs.
