Horrible customer service! We called about having someone come out to install a Smart Thermostat. We were quoted $135/hour. It took the technician 55 minutes to install. Our bill was over $300 because he said we also get charged for drive time from his last job in 93309 to our location in 93306. He gave us a “discount” and charged us $202, which is still way more than we were quoted. We called and spoke to the manager who said the extra charge is for the 20 minutes he spent with his supervisor on the phone trying to figure out our bill. Very, very shady business! Do not use!!!!!

I had a new split system AC/heating unit installed in my home last summer. They just came out and inspected it, and I have to say the technician was very knowledgeable and kind and caring. I wouldn't use anyone but Emcor/Hillcrest for any of my AC or heating needs. They get 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks for a job well done...
