Excellent customer service. I was able to get an appointment and job done within hours of calling. Reasonably priced. We used Fuse for a second opinion since the last service provider was pushing us to buy a whole new system. Turned out all we needed was some refrigerant and sealant to fix our AC problem. They responded immediately and was able to send a technician out the next day on a Saturday. Alex was professional and delivered a great service on our dryer (it turned out it needed a bit of maintenance work, not to be fixed). The price of the service is a bit pricey though.
Roman got to my place in time and did the initial diagnosis in short time. He provided the estimate for the repair pretty quick and at a price way lower than some other company.
