Technician quotes you different than office. Each office person gives different pricing for the same service. They gave me 2hrs window but at the end of 2 hrs window, I was getting new time line every 15 min by automated system even after office was closed, there is no live and helpful in-person communication on the day of service. Basically it took 4 hours. So, the service didn’t get completed and I had to call and reschedule again. When I called back the person who called herself the owner said, she is not comfortable to work with me and called me rude. Btw, I speak with accent, it seems it was matter to her. Even though I gave $$$ for the first appointments ( multiple location) , I won’t give any business to them for the rest of my properties. Service: A/C system maintenance
They came sooner than expected, installed a new thermostat and then fixed an old problem with the heater/fan/relay and also installed a new air filter that I was plannong to do myself. All before noon with expertise and great, friendly attitudes! Saved my Thanksgiving and I am so grateful. ???? ⭐ ????
