Used my AHS insurance and they used hero’s plumbing. Jack came out to check the leak. He was friendly and answered all our questions. They don’t work on the issue we had but he communicated with AHS the next day because we have someone else coming out. Service: Plumbing leak detection

American Home Shield sent this plumber for a leak in my bathroom. He showed up at a great time, well within the appointment window they gave me. He got the leak fixed quickly and was able to provide some advice on other minor issues we were having. Overall I had a very good experience with them.
