3 way switch- wired okay. Called to install security light. Did not return call re: materials needed. Assessment: needs to learn that to build a clientle communication is the name of the game. 44 years in the service buisness taught me early on that regardless of what you think of the question or the person , courtesy says give them an answer, even if you tell them you don't want their business. This guy is young and hopefully he'll learn this. I have no complaints about his technical knowledge. He just needs to learn to communicate.
