Salesman came out sold my senior mother services. Serviceman came out to do the services. He said he was not given the same services to do that were sold to my mother. We tried to call several times to resolve this problem. We can not get a supervisor to call us back. Just a lesson learned never pay before the work is finished. Back in December of 2022, I hired Monarch to come and fix our heater. After almost $5,300, our heater worked for ONE HOUR. Since then, it has been visits, incorrect parts ordered, our unit being condemed twice by the technician, dozens of phone calls and text messages, lots of time missed from work, and still no working heater. Nine months later and they still have not completed the job. I hired them for a job which they took and did not complete it. They took my money and stopped returning my messages months ago. This is uncacceptable and completely unprofessional. I cannot believe that this company who, according to them, prides itself on providing great customer service, has failed me so horribly. They need to do the right thing, complete this job, and finally get my heater work work.

This Company is horrible, do not use them for your ac or heating needs. They charged me $6000 dollars for a new compressor motor and to replace ducts and clean vents . 3 weeks later today and my ac stops working . We call a local contractor and we we’re told that there was never a new compressor put on and that a kick switch was put on so we could hear it click. The weather just got warm this week which is why we just noticed no cold air coming in. They took advantage of an elderly woman. I have contacted my attorney and further steps will be taken . This Company never sent me an invoice , they said they emailed it but I never received it . I asked for them to mail it and never received it either . I’ve had to pay the local contractor almost $3000 for a new compressor and for the Freon . I repeat do NOT use this company. Services: A/C system repair, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
