Rick the service technician today was amazing. He explained everything in detail that needs to get repaired with HVAC unit. I plan to call in few weeks to arrange the repairs through Monarch and request Rick to return and my dogs never barked while he was in the attic except when he finished outside and knocked on the door. My unit was not working properly a tech came out and told me my condenser and blower motor needed a chemical cleaning witch I paid almost $900 to get done, the tech left and there was no improvement in the unit, made another appointment they sent another tech and told me that my unit is basically done and would cost $9000 to repair and said that the first tech did not have the experience to diagnose what was wrong with my unit and that I am basically out of my $900. I went to lowes and spent $1000 additional on window units to get me by this extreme Bakersfield ca heat and keep my kids cool. Would not recommend them at all

This Company is horrible, do not use them for your ac or heating needs. They charged me $6000 dollars for a new compressor motor and to replace ducts and clean vents . 3 weeks later today and my ac stops working . We call a local contractor and we we’re told that there was never a new compressor put on and that a kick switch was put on so we could hear it click. The weather just got warm this week which is why we just noticed no cold air coming in. They took advantage of an elderly woman. I have contacted my attorney and further steps will be taken . This Company never sent me an invoice , they said they emailed it but I never received it . I asked for them to mail it and never received it either . I’ve had to pay the local contractor almost $3000 for a new compressor and for the Freon . I repeat do NOT use this company. Services: A/C system repair, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
