After servicing the A/C unit, he entered my house to check the thermostat and answer my questions in a professional and understanding manner. Ripping of customers, way overpriced than any other company in town. Facts: my air conditioner was working fine when I call them to do a regular basic maintenance. Paid $139. After that ac working Off and on. I call them they send a technician to diagnose but he check the temperature inside the home and said it's working fine. After a couple of days they send another technician and he said it needed a new control board, and he temporarily bypass it to work until it fixed. $24.94 pressure switch they're charging $226.22, $1494.38 to fix it. Control board price $164.94, OASIS price $389.31and $646.43 to fix it. They also get discount on parts. How can anyone charge a part cost less than $20, $226? Ripping off Customers. BBB.
