Called Power & Performance Air, because my AC was not blowing cold air, Mike Answered and gave me a time frame 12 to 2pm...When it was 110 degrees in Bakersfield....Mike called me back at 11am stating that he will be here sooner, he came and immediately spotted the problem with my capacitor, replaced it and now my AC is working again...A plus quality in my book..... Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
Professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable n reasonable. A/C fan stopped midnight on Saturday. Called Power n Performance 6:30 am Sunday. Mike confirmed appt. time-line 12pm-3pm and called to to advise he was on his way. Mike arrived at 2:40pm. We had a cool house by 4pm. Thank you, Mike!!!
A HOT Sunday night and the air conditioner goes out. I call this company and he was here within 2hrs. Fast and professional and very nice. We will sleep cool tonight thanks to quick good service.
