They came out 10:30 pm, an hour after I called, on a Sunday evening with daytime temps at 107. The problem was fixed quickly and our family was comfortable again soon after. Obviously, there is an after hours surcharge so don't be surprised. It would be the same for any service company willing to work on a long weekend evening. Thanks P&P Air, my wife is happy again. ????
We called in the evening to have someone come out as soon as possible. They came the next day around 9am. The technician was very professional all around. He was knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. The work was done in a timely manner and our unit was up and running before noon. Our motor replacement came with a 2 year warranty.
Air condition was out when I came home today. They came out after hours and got the air condition working in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
