I had a unique experience where I was in a bit of a bind, and the owner at Roman Rooter Drain & Sewer Inspection immediately went out of his way to help me out. He was very generous and professional. I grately appreciate his care, time and energy he showed while fixing my problem.
Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. He was able to repair plumbing that had been installed improperly in the past. He has my drain running better than ever. I plan to use him on my next project in the very near future. Would highly recommend him.
He arrived in a timely manner, very professional. Had to go up in the Loft to locate the leak. After he found the leak he showed me the material he was going to use and explain the procedure. I could not visually see the repair but he assured me that it was repaired. The work was done about 24 hours ago and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and friends.
