Prompt, receptionist friendly and worked with my schedule. The technician courteous, worked quickly and the price was right! However, a problem arose in that the tech needed to come back and do a more thorough job on a line - the first time tech returned and worked at it. Again, I had the same problem and tried to reach Ron's. Messages left and no one returned my call. It was a Fri, the beginning of Labor Day weekend and no response on Sat either. I ended up having to call out another company.
Ron and Jake came by to fix a problem with my dishwasher. Came by the same day I made the call, fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and the charge was very reasonable. Very professional and had the shoe coverings on their feet. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended!
