U Pay Less Refrigeration & AC Repair

Called today on a Sunday, he came within an hour and repaired the AC real quick. Highly recommend.

I called a few days ago and a gentleman came out and inspected my AC within a few hours from the time I called. He inspected the unit and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I called several companies and the estimate I received from U Pay Less was far more responsible. I called back to confirm that I would like to proceed with the repair and they came back the following morning. My AC was fixed properly and has been working great. It also gave me a piece of mind knowing that I have a one year warranty for the repairs completed. Thank you for your honesty and quality work, I’ll definitely call back if I need any additional repairs in the future.

Terrible customer service! I had my A/C diagnosed from these people, they checked everything and said they located the leak. They charged me and said the leak is fixed, when they didn't fix the problem and just done a temporary repair. A couple weeks later I am having the same issue, and these people are telling that I have to pay for the service charges and repairs again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!! The guy who works there RICHARD is very unprofessional and charges a lot with not providing any sort of warranty with his work! Please save your money and find a different A/C Company that is more reliable! Service: Refrigerator repair
