Alfa Appliance, Heating and Cooling

These people are awesome! They fit me in the same day I called when my AC broke. They were on time and honest about what was wrong and very fair price! I will use them for all of my appliance needs and refer them to everyone. What nice people its so hard to find honest company's now a day they always want to sell you more than you need. Also they charge a $30 diagnosis fee that goes toward fixing it where other company's wanted $130 and it didn't go to the repair. I can't say enough nice things about this company but thank them for being great!

I wish I could give them a higher rating. My brand new air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of a heat wave, poor air quality from fires, and a global pandemic. My own warranty company couldn't come out for a week, which was consistent timing with all the other companies I tried to get out immediately to fix the issue. I called the owner of Alfa and within 24 hours, he was able to get a tech out to me, and he was so understanding and kind. The tech was on time, super nice, professional, clean, and fast. They are the best in the business, in term of HVAC contractor for residential unit. I am sure of it. Alfa installed new system in our house, 2 years ago, ie: condenser, heater, blower and had us setup for a dual zone system so upper and lower levels can be controlled separately. The installation went well, the crew was very professional and courteous. They also were very clean. This system comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty and 3 years labor warranty. The last 2 years some issues did come up (not contractor's fault): 1. An earthquake triggered the gas automatic shutoff. 2. The blower motor was defective, replaced at no cost by the manufacturer. 3. The capacitor blew out (defective), promptly replaced by Alfa at no cost. The most impressive things for us are how Alfa responded to the issues above. The owner responded the same day, 2 of those issues came up on Fridays late afternoon. The technician came in the next business day. They were even able to install the replacement blowe
