Alex Jr was very professional and helped me out when I encountered a huge problem in my newly remodeled restroom . He was extremely quick to get here and solved the problem that worried me so much. I was having trouble with my water heater and called to get an estimate. The person on the phone was courteous and had Ricardo (plumber/technician) come out and look at the water heater. Ricardo was very professional and courteous as well. He was able to provide an estimate. Even though I decided to DIY it, I gave them 5-stars for their professionalism, courteousness and punctuality.

I'm only giving 2 stars based on the previous service call I made where they were successful in the task we called them out for. The most recent service call was unsuccessful and extremely disappointing. I don't know which tech came out because I was on travel. But the tech was either incompetent or negligent or just flat out didn't care. Any of those options are inexcusable. Won't be doing business with them in the future. I intended to give them chance correct the situation but I was told they couldn't be there until Monday (called Saturday morning). I had an active black water sewer flow and could wait that long.
