I honestly thought my project, to assemble a new 'high end' gas BBQ from its 50+ component pieces, would be too small a project for this company. I was struggling to do the job myself because of a few minor injuries and a lack of proper tools. But from the get-go they responded with enthusiasm and a strong desire to help, with the result a very nice guy appeared at our door and the job was done and done well! Five stars+!!

Greg, the technician that came out, showed up exactly at the time promised.. After I explained the problem we were having, he quickly got right to work, and very soon had the stoppage cleared, and drain water flowing again.. He was very knowledgeable, and thorough, and friendly on top of all that.. I am a repeat customer, so I am comfortable saying I would use J and J again, if needed.. Thank You for your help...
