They were sweet, brief and to the point...AC was down, I called, a wonderful customer service agent scheduled an appointment for me a couple of days out from the day I called, a skilled service man came out and completed the job in about an hour. They were AWESOME! ???? Service: HVAC system repair
My review for now is just based on getting an estimate for a new AC installation and will be updated after the installation. Metric HVAC was very responsive to all my questions regarding my options for getting a new AC installed. The technician arrived on the early side of the 2 hour time frame given which is appreciated. Their estimate was the most reasonable of three companies I contacted so I accepted their bid. They have been great with communication leading up to the installation this week. Again, will update my review after the installation.
I was very happy with Metric HVAC. They were very good about fitting me with in the week. They were on time. Took time to troubleshoot and very thorough, some kind of spike of short damaged other components. All in all very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. Service: HVAC system repair
