I hired Robert last week to do a Tankless Water heater install to replace my 30+ year old tank heater. Not only were his prices extremely competitive, he responded quickly and completed the job with professionalism. He respected COVID guidelines and was generally a pleasure to work with. Edit: I returned home from my vacation and discovered that I needed to relight the water heater. Fortunately, Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to assist me with the task. He instructed me over the phone and got my water heater started in less than 5 min. Service: Water heater repair

I was referred to Water Heaters Express by a neighbor when our aging hot water heater started leaking at around 8pm the night before a huge storm. I was afraid no one would reply to me on short notice! I called Robert and left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes. I sent him photos of the old water heater, which was about 20 years old! He gave me an estimate for a replacement over the phone and was here promptly the next morning, even working around an appointment that I already had scheduled. He was done in about 2 hours, and it was a super clean install, all new lines and braces and showed us how to restart the water heater, if it was ever necessary. Definitely recommend!
