Edit: After the original visit described below, we had another clog 2 days later! We called Bay Plumbing and Tony immediately made time to visit us, even though he had an important meeting planned months in advance. He stands behind his work and wanted to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. It ended up being a clog in a separate pipe, which he also helped to clear. Tony was reliable, responsive and took all necessary safety precautions while servicing the plumbing at my house, including wearing the necessary PP. The job was done in a timely manner and under a very reasonable price
