Valley Plumbing

I had called Valley Plumbing with a variety of concerns expecting to have a visit in a week or so. To my great surprise they scheduled me for the following day. Plumber David Jr. arrived promptly and listened to my questions. Within a few moments he had diagnosed the projects and presented three options with quotes. Although I had to wait one day for him to gather parts, he again arrived promptly and powered through the projects in quick time. As usual, the work was done excellently, professionally and in a friendly manner. Although there was "sticker shock" concerning the amount charged, I know I have had quality work done. Thanks to Valley Plumbing for their service and a special Thanks to David Jr. for his excellent work.

We had a clogged toilet drain as my husband accidentally flushed his dentures. Oscar responded 1 hour after our appointment time, diagnosed where the dentures were trapped and successfully retrieved them. While completing retrieval, he advised me that one of the toilet flange bolts was broken, which I had noticed prior to our denture incident. Upon approval, Oscar replaced the flange and bolt.
