Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC

I have been a Service Champion's customer for 8 months now, and I continue to be impressed by their employees' professionalism and kindness. The first couple of times I interacted with their technicians, I thought "wow those are such nice people!" I have continued to be impressed by the wonderful human beings that are employed with this excellent company. I have lived in my house for 12 years, and the technicians have asked questions and resolved issues that I didn't even know we had because no technician had ever asked me then before. We have used this company for both our hvac system as well as our plumbing needs, and we continue to be impressed by the level of expertise shown. I would highly recommend Service Champions to any home owner who wants a job done right the first time. Thank you!

I was expecting the typical service technician we have all become accustom to but this was not the case. Very polite and extremely professional explaining the processes which he would be performing. Asking question about our concerns with our systems then got right to work. Laid out their logo carpet making sure to keep areas clean and even putting on shoe covers. He was very detailed explaining what he had identified as problematic areas with our system and ducking with pictures showing what was explained. Never before have I experienced this level of professionalism , respectful character and knowledgeable context of information! Service Champions came highly recommended from 2 people we know, and I can see why. On the phone they were prompt and thorough. Our service tech was Cameron. He arrived on time, was personable and explained what he’d be doing that day in a way that was easy to understand. Our system hadn’t been cleaned in over 10 years and I know he had a lot of work to do. When he was done, he explained to me what he found, that we needed to have our coolant charged and what that meant. I don’t feel like he tried to upsell me on any services. In fact, when I asked him if a whole house fan would benefit us, he said no and explained why in a way I could understand. Before he arrived, my husband said he might need our hose to clean the AC unit so I pulled it over for him. Cameron wound the hose back up before he left, even though he didn’t have to, and I think that is a really nice touch. We ended up signing up for the $20 a month membership and are looking forward to building a relationship with Service
