Robert, service technician, has been our primary contact for several years. He is fully knowledgeable and reliable. He answers all questions and explains things in an understandable way. He follows up to make sure things are going right. We also met another service technician, Alex, for the first time in connection with our heating installation. I called to get my AC checked as it was leaking in the garage. Elite systems (Logan) arrived in less than 24 hours... which positively surprised me as the outside temperature had been "hot" for the last week. Logan arrived, on-time, as scheduled. Logan quickly assessed the situation and thought he knew what the problem was (clogged overflow drain). Logan was right, he had the system cleaned out and back up in running in no time!! I then asked Logan to assess my overall Air/Heating system... which he did, including attic access. Logan walked me through every step of the assessment (why he thought the clogged drain was the problem), the solution and the resolution. Regarding the overall system assessment, Logan walked me through multiple potential options/solutions and prepared an estimate for the work... again, walking me through the recommendation.
