We had Carol Flynn install an all new high efficiency heat pump system to replace our old gas furnace. They were very professional, responsive, and did a great job installing it. It has worked like a charm, with a single problem that one of the thermostats ended up being placed where morning light shines on it, messing up the temperature measurement (not something I would have expected them to catch). I contacted them, and they immediately offered to come out and move the thermostat. Was extremely happy with their service, would highly recommend! Work was done in a timely manner and within cost proposal. Work crew was efficient with removal of asbestos and with installtion of new Carrier system.
