I had a new AC unit installed in our home. The installer was fantastic and did a great job. However, I wasn't happy with their installation. The technician was too focused on the job and didn't bother to read the instructions to properly install the unit. So I called AC Repair Burbank. They have a team of professionals that are very talented and friendly. In addition, they have an amazing customer service department. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I called this company to check the problem with my old HVAC unit which was not cooling. The owner (Rafik) came and took care of diagnosing the problem. He clearly explained the problem and recommended replacing the unit which I agreed. My HVAC unit was replaced and I am very grateful for my house is cool again!
