Wonderful experience with these folks, exceeding all expectations we had going into it. Our central air went out, right at the beginning of a heatwave/summer no less, and to my surprise, Vick was out at our house in under an hour when we called. Vick worked very efficiently and was super understanding of our situation. He's genial, friendly, and after completing full repair of our unit, took the time and care to explain some of the work to help us out in the future as well. I had a new AC unit installed in our home. The installer was fantastic and did a great job. However, I wasn't happy with their installation. The technician was too focused on the job and didn't bother to read the instructions to properly install the unit. So I called AC Repair Burbank. Last month was using AC without a break and it stopped cooling apartment, found online this guys called and got reasonable estimate price. The workers came in time the next day, from entering in the apartment they took precautions such as wearing masks during these times.
