Raffi the owner was really empathetic to me and my situation. He helped me coordinate the service while I was away in another state. Michael the plumber came to do the assessment. He listen to my concern regarding the bathroom shower faucet. He suggested the perfect solution to fix my faucet problem. Real life things happen but Raffi made it RIGHT! Michael, Luis, and Cesar were polite, professional, and communicated clearly through the whole process. Michael in particular kept me up to speed with texts throughout the day and notified me when I needed to come out to make decisions or to get additional information. This way, I was still able to have my virtual meetings and work from my office while they carried out the work instead of loitering outside. Plumbers can be hard to trust, but not Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing! We had an emergency plumbing problem that could have easily been overcharged. Thankfully, Hard Hat Rooter charged a fair price, worked fast to resolve the emergency, they were professional and very friendly. Made me feel comfortable and I'll definitely be hiring them again!
