I was looking for someone who can install commercial gas water heater at my new business for a while and thx god I found David, what first I pay attention on how people communicate with their client , David is most respectful and responsive person I have met, he was on the phone with me almost anytime I needed to get answers, very professional and polite guy, was on time and made his job very quickly , it’s been a few months after his job has done, he made it perfect, have no issues. David was recommended by Navien tankless water heater manufacturer. He stayed in touch with them as he replaced a warranty part ( we didn’t know it was still under warranty) and repaired the leaking part. He is personable, on time, professional.
