Nick the project manager and his team from modern roofing did an excellent job on my home. My husband and I are so grateful for them finishing our roof, they finished the roof in a day. We are well pleased, this was the best experience ever, they provided best customer service, and kept us updated on our roof. My wife and I purchased a home in Burbank, CA in 2018 and we needed touch ups done to our roof. Modern Roofing seemed like a good choice so I booked an appointment/evaluation with them. The owner, Mike Donnell, came out to my home and gave an estimate on the cost and the type of repairs that would need to be done. He was personable, accurate, and gave me a fair rate. The issue is that he never visited my residence again. I feel like he was trying to make the sell so he provided a great first impression but was seemingly hands off afterwards. Mike sent a crew out to implement the repairs. They seemed to have done a good job and we were satisfied with their services. Roughly a year and a half later, we noticed leaking within a door frame leading into our kitchen. It was very apparent that this patch up was missed and that water was leaking into our crawl space attic.
