Thankful to Don for managing our roof replacement project. It was overall a smooth process. We are very pleased with how our new roof turned out. We even received compliments from our neighbors for how the roof was nicely done.

Professionalism is poor. Made an appointment for Tuesday Aug 22nd.. No show and no call. Called back on Wed. Aug 23rd made an appoint for the next day at 1pm. Now it's the 24th and no show again at 1pm. I called and secretary put me on hold to call the person who gives estimates, she came back and said he would be here shortly. GREAT, or that's what I thought.. She then had the nerve to call me back and tell me that I made the appointment for a different day. I know I didn't make the appointment for Friday because I'm not in town tomorrow. So the straight lied to me. Too many roofing companies around here to deal with this lack of organization and professionalism. Customer service horrible.
