Ian came and saved my day! Upon calling and using other plumbing companies. He came and took care of the problem. My toilet, bathroom sink was backing into the bath tub. I have to give a huge shout out to Clarissa and Ian. I suddenly had a rather urgent situation that needed immediate attention when I realized someone had put some foreign substance down a sink that doubles as the drain for a large building’s air conditioner condensation runoff pipe. We soon realized that the “mystery substance” was actually concrete (don’t even ask ????‍♂️) and tirelessly working side by side, these two were able to get the concrete filled drain moving again! We narrowly avoided an overflowing sink and the massive amounts of water damage that undoubtedly would have accompanied it. To top it all off, they even hooked me up with a coupon to help cut the final costs down. All of these things easily add up to a 5 star service but, when you factor in just how cool, helpful, and personable they both are, they easily deserve 6 stars…if only that was an option! Jaime was amazing!!! One of the main pipes in our building was clogged with oil buildup. Black water was coming out of it when he was cleaning it!! He handled it like a pro with a smile on his face while. He was such a professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very grateful for Jaime and the incredible work that he did!
