Ian came and saved my day! Upon calling and using other plumbing companies. He came and took care of the problem. My toilet, bathroom sink was backing into the bath tub. Price quote was pricey, However he offered the senior citizen discount. Which helped a great deal. Roto-Rooter has gotten a new customer! Thank you again Ian.. Sincerely
We couldn’t be happier. Ian,, Jorge and Jaime showed up the same day we called regarding a sewer back up. Using photos and video, they showed us exactly what our problem was, and thoroughly explained what they were doing to fix it and why. They also showed us video after of what changes had been made. Finally, they mopped & cleaned up after themselves. They were thorough and did a good job. We will definitely call again and recommend them. Service: Sewer repair
