Amazing job. Very honest and on Time.
So I scheduled at appt for work on a condo shared line for tomorrow. I'm on the bottom of a two story condo and I get all of the flooding on a shared line. I made the appt on Tuesday based on a message from United's receptionist that the work was my responsibility after Robert came to look at the issue a week and a half ago. Then two days after I made the appt, I was told by the Property Manager that it could be an HOA issue so submit a work scope first, so they can review it before I pay for it in case the HOA may cover it. In addition the upstairs owner told me he didn't agree to me doing any shared line work and to have it voted on first. I called to cancel the appt a day before they were to come out which is when I got all of this back from everyone. I spoke with Robert to ask him if he could submit work scope or order to me or the property manager. I'm paraphrasing, but as I was trying to explain to him what I was told, he kept interrupting me in the most condescending way possib
