1. Remember... each plumber has their own abilities. 2. All were professional. 3. Summers had imagination to figure out a satisfactory approach to an odd request. 4. Representative jumped up with a contract for a full top of the line system (very expensive). When I said, "don't buy anything, I want to think about it." They immediately put it on hold even though I had signed and put down a deposit. Then, within one day, I researched, wrote email cancelling contract. They refunded deposit and proceeded to treat me with professionalism and provided the service that I actually needed, in spite of my senior moment of signing a contract that I should not have. Richco plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company out there. I have had several companies before with outrageous quotes. Not this company. They are timely friendly, straight forward with a broken down quote with beyond reasonable pricing. They repaired everything without any issues. I highly highly highly recommend them hands down. I would definitely recommend Richco. They were the only plumbing company I called that would come out immediately to repair a serious leak. They came out the same day I called and were able to detect the leak. The repairman was excellent as well. Because we were going out of town, he cleared his schedule out for the next day and made sure the repair was completed prior to our departure. He was friendly and pleasant. I was completely happy with all aspects of Richco.
