The Water Heater Co. Was great to work with. They very quickly sent out Sam the technician to analyze the problem. He was very thorough and did not pressure us on a new water heater. We had him replace our water heater and he answered all our questions. Would call them again!
I called The Water Heater Co. On Saturday morning because my water heater was leaking. Within a few hours, a technician arrived. Tanner was great! Polite, informative, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, and i never felt like he was trying to up sell me something I didn't need. He finished within a couple hours and explained all he had done and how to operate the equipment if necessary. Very happy with their service . Would definitely call again if necessary. Armando.
